Through out life we sometimes notice that the same things tend to trigger us. If you want to be in control of your life rather than letting the triggers control you, you have to learn the lesson and let go of the experiences. So the next time you feel something triggering you, Instead of letting the trigger control you, take control of your self. Use one of the many available techniques to let go of the trigger and take the control back. Do it on your own or do it with a practitioner like me.
