All of us have a belief system through which we rule our life. But beliefs are only things that we told ourselves or heard over and over until thhey became a belief. Some of them are beliefs that were instilled with in us from birth and some were acquired through out our life from our experiences.

If those beliefs serve you well then by all means keep them. But if those beliefs are limiting you. If they are holding you back from getting what you want. Then maybe it’s about time to look into those beliefs and decide which ones are limiting, and change them.
